Consider public testimony regarding the creation of an affordable multi-family housing development located at 150 Mays Crossing Drive.

RGC Ventures and RGC Multifamily, LLC requested this public hearing regarding potential funding for affordable workforce multi-family housing at 150 Mays Crossing Dr., northwest of the intersection of S. May St. and Mays Crossing Dr. Construction of the development is proposed to be financed, in part, by equity generated from low-income housing tax credits issued by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs.   RGC Ventures, LLC is required by State law to pursue a signed resolution stating the City Council does not object to the application for this funding assistance.  The subject property is currently zoned as the PUD (Planned Unit Development) No. 9 zoning district which allows for multi-family use.  RGC Ventures and RGC Multifamily, LLC is represented by Dan Rigney.
