Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Agreement with Studio 16:19, LLC for landscape architectural services related to the South Mays Gateway Enhancement Project.

The city has undertaken a commercial revitalization project along South Mays from Nash Street to Hester's Crossing to provide for Gateway Enhancements at the southern end of downtown Round Rock.
The original agreement was for preliminary visioning for the enhancement project. This amendment will now take the priority ranked enhancements and develop a schematic (30%) set of plans for review and approval by the City Manager and their team.
The original agreement was from December 7, 2018 for $23,150.00. This amendment will add $103,937.00 and extend the contract through August 2020 for a total of $127,087.00.
