Consider a resolution requiring the provision of certain voting equipment in compliance with Section 61.012 of the Texas Election Code.

This resolution is a requirement under the Election Code. Travis County Elections purchased new voting equipment and this is our first election to use the equipment. We are required to adopt a resolution declaring that the new equipment is in compliance with Section 61.012 of the Texas Election Code.
