Title

Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Quantity Adjustment/Change Order No. 3 with Lee Lewis Construction, Inc, for the Luther Peterson Service Center Project also known as the Transportation and Utilities Administration Building located at 3400 Sunrise Blvd.

 

Body

With the approval of this change order, we are able to complete the scope of work and finalize the agreement between the CORR and Lee Lewis Construction Inc. for the Luther Peterson Service Center. Many of the items listed on the change order were last minute additional scope items driven by CORR. The funding for this change order is currently in our project contingency fund. 

 

Cost: $127,258.00
