Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Central Texas Elevator, LLC for the purchase of an elevator for the City Hall Parking Garage.

Due to power outages, the City Hall Parking Garage elevator is damaged and needs to be replaced. Currently, without a functioning elevator, the garage is not ADA accessible and patrons, including children and parents with strollers must either use the stairs or transgress the vehicle ramp to exit the garage. This creates an unsafe situation for the public utilizing the garage.
This item will remove the old non-functioning elevator and replace it with a new elevator.
