Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with WEX Bank for the purchase of fuel cards and related processing services.

With the approval of this agreement the City will continue with its current fuel card program and establish a contract with WEX Bank for the procurement of a Fuel Card Program with related vehicle management, transactions, and payment settlement/processing services needed to support Vehicle Fleet Division-in accordance with the Sourcewell Cooperative Contract No. #04216-WEX.
Cost: $1,760,000.00
