Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract with EARTC Telecommunications, LLC for the Traffic Signal at Hesters Crossing and La Frontera Project.

Two (2) responsive bid proposals were received by the City for signal construction at Hesters Crossing and La Frontera. HDR reviewed and tabulated the bids as summarized below:
1. Austin Traffic Signal Construction Company, Inc. submitted a bid with a total bid price of $388,559.46.
2. EARTC Telecommunications, LLC submitted a bid with a total bid price of $279,280.85.
Cost: $279,280.85
