The IFB solicitation was advertised in the Round Rock Leader newspaper and posted to the City of Round Rock website. A total of 1 vendor responses were received. A total of 4 HUB vendors were contacted. It has been determined that Don Hewlett Chevrolet Buick Inc. offers the best value to the City, therefore the General Services Department recommends the contract be awarded to Don Hewlett for OEM Chevrolet Replacement Parts required to support City operations.
Cost: $282,048.00 not to exceed ($56,409.60 per year 5 year term)
