The IFB solicitation was advertised in the Round Rock Leader newspaper and posted to the City of Round Rock website. A total of 1 vendor responses were received. A total of 1 HUB vendors were contacted. It has been determined that RDO Equipment Co offers the best value to the City, therefore the General Services Department recommends the contract be awarded to RDO Equipment for John Deere construction equipment repair parts and service required to support City operations.
Cost: $558,176.75 total not to exceed (5 year term $111,635.35 per year)
