Title

Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Multiple Use Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation regarding the crossing under IH-35 frontage and I-35 for the Lake Creek Trail Project. 

Body

This Multiple Use Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation allows the Lake Creek Trail to pass under IH-35 and its frontage roads.  TxDOT has already reviewed the trail plans and does not take exception to the trail crossing their right-of-way, so this is the legal document required to formalize the agreement. 

The Lake Creek Trail project includes a 10' wide trail spanning from Round Rock West Drive to Centennial Plaza.  It will include pedestrian underpasses under the Railroad, IH-35, and a bridge spanning Lake Creek near Centennial Plaza.  It will also include site amenities and general park elements along the trail.
