Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Ingram Library Services LLC for the purchase of publications, audiovisual materials, books, textbooks, and ancillary services for the Library.

Ingram Library Services, per term of Texas Smartbuy cooperation contract #715-M2, will provide publications, audiovisual materials, books and ancillary services for the Public Library. Agreement expires October 31, 2024.
Cost: Not to exceed $600,000.00
