Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Easement Agreement with the Henna Family required for a portion of the Brushy Creek regional hike and bike trail.

The easement is being granted by the children and relatives of Louis Henna and Billie Sue Henna to the City for a portion of the Brushy Creek regional hike and bike trail. The trail easement is a 2.293 tract of land, fifty feet (50’) feet in width, and allows for construction and use of the trail along the north side of Brushy Creek east of North Mays Street.
