Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Tom Loftus, Inc. dba Austin Turf and Tractor for the purchase of John Deere agricultural equipment parts and repair services.

An invitation for Bid was processed in accordance with IFB No. 20-016 for John Deere agricultural equipment parts and repair services contract for the General Services Department. The solicitation was advertised in the Round Rock Leader and posted to the City of Round Rock solicitation website. A total of two vendor response were received. It has been determined that Tom Loftus, Inc. dba Austin Turf & Tractor offers the best value to the CIty, therefore the General Services Department recommends the contract be awarded to Tom Loftus Inc. dba Austin Turf & Tractor for John Deere agricultural equipment parts and repair services required to support City operations.
This contract is for the City to acquire parts to maintain the City's small engine equipment for in house repairs. It is also for the repairs that will need to be completed by an outside vendor on John Deere small engine equipment.
Cost: $161,175.00 (5 Year Agreement)
