This item authorizes the Mayor to execute a five-year contract with Community Impact for the Design, Printing & Distribution of the Parks and Recreation Summer and Fall Program Guides Spring 2021 to Fall 2025. Program Guides include information about community centers, special events, programming, athletics, aquatics, forestry, community rentals and more. Program guides are inserted into the Community Impact Newspaper for distribution to the public.
Cost: $326,000.00
