An NTP for the Kenney Fort Intersection Improvements Project was given to Smith contracting on January 27, 2020. The contract amount was $728,995.00
Quantity adjustment/change order # 1 is for field changes not identified on the plans or items that had been previously under the waterline relocation by Kalahari but left off the final construction. They include valve adjustment to final grade, removal of concrete sidewalks, installation of new concrete sidewalks and curb and gutter, two additional curb ramps, and some additional signal conduit.
The amount of this quantity adjustment/change order is $26,962.00.
This Quantity Adjustment #2 is to remove the items in the original contract associated with the overlay of the lanes and the milling. The amount of this quantity adjustment is -$74,097.75. The total contract amount is $681,859.25.
