An invitation for Bid was processed in accordance with IFB-No. 20-012 for commercial window cleaning services contract for the City of Round Rock General Services Department. A total of two vendor responses were received. It has been determined that Capitol City Janitorial, Inc. offers the best value to the City, therefore the General Services Department recommends the contract be awarded to Capitol City Janitorial. Inc. for commercial window cleaning services required to support City operations.
Cost: $53,215.75 (5 year term)
