Consider a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a contract with American Structurepoint, Inc. that tasks the company to provide engineering services required for the preparation of plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E) and related supporting documents for the construction of the intersection improvements at Old Settlers Blvd and Chisholm Trail Rd. The project will consist of adding right turn lanes on Chisholm Trail Rd for the northbound to eastbound and southbound to westbound movements (approximately 550' north, 500' south, and 200' east and west of the intersection.

The contract cost is $139,384.61.
