Body

The owners of property adjacent to a portion of an alleyway located between Lee Street and IH-35 frontage road have requested abandonment of the city's rights for transportation use. The owner has secured an agreement with the adjacent property owner regarding claim of rights to use of the alley area, and has provided confirmation to the City. The Transportation, Planning, and Utility departments have reviewed the requested and recommended the abandonment for approval.
