This item is to renew the agreement with our current vendor, MTM, for our employee award and recognition program. This program provides recognition for birthday, work anniversaries and retirements. MTM was the sole respondent to this proposal. This is a five (5) year agreement with an annual cost of $38,506.50.
Cost: $192,532.50
