Title

Body

The PUA compensation amount is equal to 90% of the City's appraised value for this acquisition, and will be credited against any final negotiated payment or special commissioners award in condemnation. This agreement allows the City to take possession of the parcel for construction when necessary, while also postponing the necessity to proceed with a condemnation suit and allowing additional time for continued negotiation with the owner on a final purchase agreement and replacement driveway specification design issues.

Cost: $73,805.00
