Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Interlocal Agreement with Williamson County regarding the design and construction of the Wyoming Springs/Smyers Lane Intersection Project.

The attached Inter-local Agreement between Williamson County and the City of Round Rock is for the design and construction of the Wyoming Springs and Smyers Lane Left Turn Lane into the Walgreen's. This project is being designed and funded by Williamson County and will be permanently maintained by the City of Round Rock. The Transportation office has reviewed the plans and are in agreement with what is being proposed. After final inspection the new turn lane will be under the City's jurisdiction and maintenance. The initial cost to the city is $0.00.
