Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Tindale-Oliver & Associates, Inc. for the preparation of a Transit Development Plan.

This award recommendation is for the City of Round Rock - Transportation Department to establish a contract with Tindale-Oliver & Associates, Inc., for a transit development plan needed to support City operations.

 

The RFQ solicitation was advertised in the Austin American Statesman, posted to the City of Round Rock solicitation website, Southwest Transit & Texas Transit Association procurement websites. A total of 18 vendors were contacted including six HUB/DBE vendors. A total of six vendor responses were received, and reviewed by the selection panel. It has been determined that Tindale-Oliver & Associates, Inc., offers the best value to the City, therefore the Transportation Department recommends the contract be awarded to Tindale-Oliver & Associates, Inc., for a transit development plan update.

 

The evaluation team with expertise in this area evaluated the offers and scored Tindale-Oliver as the best to provide the services based on the Respondent's technical expertise, prior experience, business structure and key personnel.

 

Respondents and point distribution are listed below based on a 100-point scale:

Alliance Transportation group: 62 points
