The proposed contract is another three-year renewal of an existing agreement with West Publishing for the CLEAR data service used by Police Department personnel for investigative purposes. The agreement provides for a flat, per-month usage charge of just over $1,520 for Department users, as well as an annual 3 percent increase in that monthly rate. Over the term of the contract, the vendor will receive just over $56,391 for this service.
