Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Quantity Adjustment/Change Order No. 1 with Chasco Constructors for the Kenney Fort Boulevard Segment 4B Project.

The City of Round Rock entered into a contract with Chasco Constructors for the construction of Kenney Fort Boulevard Segment 4B on June 25th, 2020. An NTP was issued August 19th, 2020 to commence work.
This Change Order #1 is for additional select fill material that was used to fill for some over excavation to remove fatty clay material, reduction of base material, construct a French drain, add a concrete flume, add some embankment, and add some sidewalk, removal of asphalt paving, and seed broadcasting. The amount of this Change Order/Quantity Adjustment is $77,701.70. This will bring the total contract price to $3,626,259.45.
