The Utilities & Environmental Services Department is requesting to enter into a five-year contract with Green Dreams International. This contract will supply the utility with aggregate materials used in our daily operations for pipe installation and backfilling. Following State of Texas purchasing laws, the City‘s Purchasing Division conducted an Invitation for Bid resulting in Green Dreams International being declared the lowest bidder. This five-year contract will be for $60,000 per year, with a not-to-exceed amount of $300,000.
