Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a Purchase Order to Magnum Custom Trailers for four (4) trailers.

With this purchase order, General Services will establish a one-time purchase with Magnum Trailers for four equipment transport trailers needed to support City operations. The outgoing trailers were identified for replacement due to age, maintenance cost, downtime, and the lack of compatibility with air brake system trucks. These trailers are all over 20 years old and can not be towed behind air brake equipped dump trucks because they are equipped with electric brakes.
This contract was established through a competitively solicited cooperative process.
Cost: $120,378.00
