Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Southern Tire Mart, LLC for the purchase of tires, tubes, supplies and equipment.

With this purchase order, General Services will procure tires and wheels for use on City-owned vehicles and equipment. To ensure that the City of Round Rock can provide tires when needed, this vendor will be utilized as a supplemental tire and wheel provider in case our primary vendor is unable to supply. The tire industry projects shortages due to shutdowns, lack of raw materials and employee shortages. This additional vendor will help ensure we can provide the parts needed to keep the City fleet operational.
This contract was established through a competitively solicited cooperative process. Contract will expire 02/29/2024.
Cost: $65,000.00
