Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Services Agreement with the property owner of 5.19 acres of land located east of Warner Ranch Drive and south of South AW Grimes Boulevard.

The service agreement is for the City to provide the site with standard municipal services upon annexation, including water. Wastewater will not be provided by the City. The cost of any utility extensions will be the responsibility of the property owner.
