Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Services Agreement with the property owner of 9.24 acres of land located south of Louis Henna Boulevard and east of South AW Grimes Boulevard.

The service agreement is for the City to provide the site with standard municipal services upon annexation, including water and wastewater. The cost of any utility extensions will be the responsibility of the property owner.
