Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract with BGE, Inc., for the development of 100% construction Plans, Specifications and Engineering (PS&E) documents for the ultimate construction of a new 4 lane divided roadway. The work to be performed by the Engineer under this contract consists of providing engineering services required for the support of developer work for the full construction of College Park Drive.  The project consists of building out approximately 700 LF of roadway section to complete the 4-lane divided facility, adding a right turn lane on the existing southbound approach and adding a right turn lane on Old Settlers Blvd.  This project involves surveying, environmental, engineering analyses, and associated details necessary to produce PS&E to a 100% design.

Cost: $109,829.50
