Title

Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a Purchase Order to Caldwell Country Chevrolet, LLC for the purchase of 11 vehicles for the Fire Department's Community Risk Reduction Task Force.

 

Body

This purchase order will purchase 11 (eleven) 4X4 Tahoe SUVs for the Community Risk Reduction task force that will be attached to the Fire Department. These vehicles will be upfitted with emergency lights, second row personal transport cages and secure storage in the back.  These Tahoes are all new programs and will be additions to the current fleet.

 

The purchase of these vehicles will be funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding awarded to the City.

 

 

Cost: $598,518.00
