Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental Contract No. 4 with CP&Y, Inc. for the Northeast Downtown Improvements Project.

Currently, the City has a project underway to improve the infrastructure in the Northeast Downtown area of Round Rock. The proposed utility and roadway improvements associated with this project will revitalize this area, support the new library site, and support future development.
Supplemental Agreement No. 4 is for additional headwall design at the outfall at Brushy Creek and additional Request for Information (RFIs) review, site visits, exhibit development, record drawing development associated with the project, and project management. This supplemental increases the compensation by $93,050, and brings the total contract amount with CP&Y to $1,232,582.54.
