Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Wastewater Service Area Transfer Agreement with Brushy Creek Municipal Utilities District.

The City of Round Rock and Brushy Creek MUD both hold a Certificates of Convenience and Necessity (CCN) for wastewater service.
The King of Kings Lutheran Church, located near Smyers Lane and Ranch Road 620, is currently located within the City or Round Rock wastewater CCN. However, since Brushy Creek MUD currently provides retail wastewater service to the church, the City has agreed to remove the church from the City CCN, and transfer the property to the Brushy Creek MUD wastewater CCN. Brushy Creek MUD has agreed to prepare and file the CCN transfer documents with the Public Utility Commission.
