Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a contract with Partners Remodeling, Restoration & Waterproofing, LLC for the Yonders Point Phase II Improvements Project 2022.

Competitive sealed bids were received on February 7th for the Yonders Point Phase II Improvement Project 2022 and Partners Remodeling, Restoration, and Waterproofing, LLC. was found to be the low bidder. The Yonders Point Phase II project contract will include site preparation, grading, installation of concrete plaza, masonry seat walls, flagpoles, and various flatwork.
This project will expand the amenities at Yonders Point and provide even more space for passive recreation in Old Settlers Park. It will also create a space for new high-profile events, such as Memorial Day and Veterans Day.
In addition to the items included in this contract, the Yonders Point Phase II project will include additional trees and irrigation, the installation of custom artwork, and electrical service that will support larger events, such as Light Up the Lake. That work will be completed outside this contract by separate vendors.
Cost: $260,880.00
