Body

The negotiated agreed judgement price of $65,000 has been reviewed and approved by the BCRUA operations committee, and the proposed Agreed Final Judgement has been recommended for approval and executed by the BCRUA General Manager. An award of $57,000 has previously been paid after a contested special commissioners hearing in the condemnation suit, and the owners filed objections. So the net increase now being paid for satisfaction of the final judgment is $8,000.
