Body
The acquisition of fire asset management software will allow the Fire Department to move from an email and paper-based process for tracking and requesting supplies to a software driven process. This will greatly improve the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management, and simplify the compliance inspection process with the Texas Commission on Fire Protection.
Implementation fees and year 1 costs of $38,779 will be funded by the General Fund.
Cost: $214,048.00
