The city held a public bid opening on August 2, 2022 at 2:00 PM for the Kenney Fort Boulevard Segment 4C project. Five (5) bids were received as shown in the summary below. A detailed bid tabulation was completed and two (2) mathematical errors in the summation of two (2) bids were found within the bid proposals and were highlighted in the tabulation. The mathematical error did not affect the outcome of the low bidder. The low bidder was Jordan Foster Construction. The bid bond and Statement of Bidder’s Safety Experience required by the Instructions to Bidders was included with the bid. We recommend that the contract be awarded to Jordan Foster Construction in the amount of $18,577,470.14.
