The bid opening for City of Round Rock, College Park Dr was conducted on Wednesday September 14, 2022. Four (4) bids were received for College Park Dr and the bid tabulation is attached for information. Pro Dirt Services, LLC is the apparent low responsive bidder for this project. Contractors for this project were subject to the minimum qualifications outlined in the Project Manual and the apparent low responsive bidder meets those qualifications.
During the review of Pro Dirt Services, LLC bid, two discrepancies were discovered in their bid form. Those discrepancies have been attached and the corresponding bid tabulation have been revised and highlighted to correct the discrepancies. Based solely on the corrected bids, it is hereby recommended that the bid and construction contract for the project referenced above be awarded to Pro Dirt Services, LLC., as they remain the lowest bidder.
