Consider a resolution amending the officers and employees of the City authorized to perform transactions with TexPool.
Body
The City has accounts with TexPool, a local government investment pool. Because TexPool has the unique standing of being operated as a quasi-state agency backed pool, changes in investment officers require council approval. This resolution is to update the employees who can perform transactions on these TexPool accounts for the new Controller and Treasury Accountant.
Liana Ellison, CPA, Controller was hired in October 2022.
Heather Showels was promoted to Treasury Accountant in October 2022.
Staff recommends approval.
