Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a contract with HCS, Inc. Commercial General Contractor for the Old Settlers Park East Side Electrical 2022 Project.

This item will authorize the Mayor to enter in to an agreement with HCS, Inc. for installation of electrical equipment for the east side of the lake at Old Settlers Park. Currently, there is very little power on that side of the lake. Additional power is needed to support the events held in that area, including but not limited to, Yonders Fun Friday Nights, Veterans and Memorial Day Ceremonies, and Light Up the Lake. PARD currently rents generators to support these events. Permanent power is needed to decrease the cost of those events, and decrease man hours for set up.
