The Utilities & Environmental Services (U&ES) Department is requesting to enter into a two-year agreement with NRW Consulting Services, Inc., dba JBS & Associates, for waterline leak detection services. JBS has worked for the City for several years and has been instrumental in providing the U&ES Department leak detection survey services for areas throughout the water distribution system. JBS also provides emergency leak detection on an as-needed basis. The U&ES Department recommends a two-year agreement for a not-to-exceed amount of $60,000.
