Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Rae Security Southwest, LLC for the purchase of security and access supplies, equipment and services.

With this Agreement, General Services will establish a purchasing agreement with RAE Security Southwest, LLC to source provide keys, hardware, and bitting information as needed for City operations. With the construction of the new Library, General Services upgraded our core keying system to a Medeco core which is a more secure platform and our goal is to change out all facilities over time. We are also working with RAE Security to train our technicians so that this function can be done in-house.
