Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with San Antonio Armature Works, Inc. for the purchase of water and wastewater pumps and motors.

The Brushy Creek Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) utilizes many different pumps and motors during the wastewater treatment process. This equipment is very important to the plant operations and must be maintained at all times. At this time, there are several pumps and motors that are in need of repair or replacement.
The City is a member of the Buyboard Cooperative and has selected a vendor, San Antonio Armature Works, who is an approved Buyboard vendor for this contract. The City desires to purchase the pumps and motors from San Antonio Armature Works and utilize them for any repair assistance of the pumps and motors for a not-to-exceed amount of $300,000. The term of this agreement will be effective until June 30, 2025.
