This item authorizes the Mayor to execute a contract with T.F.R. Enterprises, Inc. to assist in the clean up of trees and brush from the ice storm in late January.  T.F.R. is an all-inclusive tree removal and disposal company with a specialized Disaster Response Division located in Leander.  Their team will assist the City crews in collection of the residential brush throughout the City, bringing not just manpower, but also several chipper trucks, excavators, and dump trucks.  The amount of damage caused by the ice storm far surpasses the manpower and resources that the City crews have to be able to respond in a timely manner and deliver the response the residents of Round Rock expect and deserve.
