Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with US Digital Designs, Inc. for the purchase of fire station monitoring software.

 

Body

This item is a service agreement between the City of Round Rock and US Digital Designs who is the fire station alerting system provider.  The alerting system is used to transmit a call for service (medical, fire, etc.) from the dispatch center to the fire station/fire truck that will respond to the call for service.   This agreement provides for software maintenance and hardware repair.  In the past, the City has renewed this agreement annually; we are bringing forward for approval a 5-year service agreement with a not to exceed amount of $400,000.

 

 

 

Cost: $400,000.00
