Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to approve a Facade and Site Improvement Program Grant Agreement with R.C. Center, L.P. for facade improvements to a building known as Rock Creek Plaza located at 2120 N. Mays Street, Round Rock, Texas. R.C. Center, L.P. is agreeing to rehabilitate, restore, construct and/or install improvements to the facade of the building as described in Exhibit "B". The project and work described in the Grant Application comply with the terms, conditions, and guidelines of the Facade Improvements Program.
