Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to approve a Facade and Site Improvement Program Grant Agreement with Renaissance Shopping Center, L.P. for facade improvements to a building known as Renaissance Shopping Center located at 1401 S. IH 35, Round Rock, Texas. Renaissance Shopping Center, L.P. is agreeing to rehabilitate, restore, construct and/or install improvements to the facade of the building as described in Exhibit "B". The project and work described in the Grant Application comply with the terms, conditions, and guidelines of the Facade Improvements Program.
