The City would like to enter into a contract with ACT Pipe and Supply, Inc. for the purchase of materials for the water and wastewater systems. Specifically, ACT Pipe and Supply will provide parts including waterworks, plumbing materials, joint pumps, etc. The City has worked with ACT Pipe and Supply for a number of years as a supplier for our utilities.
This contract is for a not-to-exceed amount of $300,000 per year for five years. Therefore, the total contract amount is $1,500,000.
Cost: 1,500,000.00
