On January 10, 2013, a franchise agreement with Pedernales Electric Cooperative, Inc., was adopted by Ordinance G-13-01-10-E2 with an expiration date of March 31, 2023.
The existing franchise agreement would be extended for an additional ten (10) years, expiring March 31, 2033, without amending the 4% franchise fee or any other elements of the agreement.
