Body

The proposal is to add cosmetic services including tattoo and piercing shops, as well as sport training facilities/ specialty gyms as permitted uses across the entire PUD area. All existing uses for PUD 87 will continue to be allowed, and the development standards will remain the same. No additional development is planned at this time.

The Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing and voted 8-0 to recommend approval of the amendment. There were no speakers at the public hearing.
